1) Subscribe to the mod
2) Start a new campaign, select England
3) Press a tiny triangle near England. In the window, click on this mod and Apply.
4) Press Continue
For a better experience with this mod, try these lifehacks:
A) Enable Sandbox mode if you want all the players in the modification to have the correct age, power etc
B) In the next screen, open the settings of the World ratings. Remove all other countries from it. So in the campaign, there won't be doubled teams in the continental tournaments.

[RUS] Если этот мод создаёт ВЫЛЕТ ИГРЫ, нужно обновить игру до последней версии - зайдите в ваш Стим магазин / библиотека / список ваших игр/ и на этой игре нажмите правой кн. мыши СВОЙСТВА / поставьте "всегда обновлять игру", и в Бета-версии выберете choose 'beta - beta - spring update', перезапустите игру.
