UK Village - House #5 - Level 5
This is one of a few UK village style houses I've been creating recently. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

* Move It!
* Plop The Growables
* More Beautification
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

Service: Low Residential
Sub-service: Low
Level: 5

This building is a level 5 low residential growable.

Do these assets require any props?
No, this is now up to you to decorate.

  • 704 Polys
  • 1,721 Tris
  • 1024 x 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (70 tris)

Its also beneficial to people who want to play the game properly, level the houses up and want to stick with a UK theme. A level 5 US or European mansion would look a little out of place in a small UK style village.

@Streeto - This is the biggest house within the set and i always create at least one house of each level (i would say this is a 6/7 bed house which is good enough for a level 5 i reckon). You can make them RICO yourself within the mod i believe (you used to be able to anyway). Cheers

Why make them level 5 though? They're not mansions, realistically village houses like this should probably be level 3 or less... They're great assets though, don't get me wrong. I kinda want them but since they're not RICO and my RAM is getting maxed again, I really shouldn't anyway haha.
