Alright. let me try to explain it here

1: You need Easy Bonemerge Tool Installed
2: You have to spawn one of the TF2 Mercs
3: You right click on the ragdoll first. then left click on the cosmetic(the green circle if its an effect). and it should be attached ot the ragdoll.

i have been seeing tf2 hexs all over the workshop, i have couple but i dont know how they work?
