描述
Autonomous CIWS (Close-In Whistle System) firing non-lethal whistling munition.
Great for keeping annoying seagulls away from launch facilities.
Unofficially known as "Phalanx" or "R2D2" for some reason.
No animals were ever harmed by this system.

- This little idea came up shortly before my travel. Couldn't wait to finish it as soon as I got back.
- I don't feel like making stock pivots, so this thing can only be adjusted in SPH/VAB. Do this by rotating the fairing base and the shaft visible from behind. I think the upcoming DLC could be applied here...
- Use Vessel Mover mod or attach some wheels if you want to move it.
- Press Alt+F12 and enable infinite fuel cheat, then press Spacebar to "fire".

It's possible to modify it with Breaking Ground robotic parts, but as for now it's only a static model.

Instructions unclear, ripped a Time Vortex in the Sky, and fired through the Vortex, somehow killing Jebediah Sparrow. Somehow, Jebediah Lives, even though his Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather is dead.
