Presents...
Dragoneye Castle / Mountaintop Retreat (PC Home) - by: Skyrim Mod Developer M7 (2019); Version 1.0.
----------------
Nestled in the clouds above the Labyrinthian is Dragoneye Castle.
Contained on Dragons are Dragon Eyes and Dragon Meat, which can be made into special foods and an Elixir using either the Honey Distillery (See: Vineyard) or an oven. The Dragon Spawner device is located on the roof access above the Store, and spawns one leveled Dragon at a time, or use the Summon Dragons spell from the Store clerk. You can sell 3 Dragon Eyes for 10,000 gold to the Dragon Statue near the Dragonborn Shrine.

  • Children's Bedroom (sleeps 12 children).
  • Treasury with lots of Bookshelves, Mannequins, Display cases, & Weapon racks.
  • Main Hall with Dragonborn Shrine, Small Dining area, Skyforge (etc.), Bookseller, and hot tub.
  • Entrance Hall with 2 towers (Stairs) and sleeping area.
  • Unlimited Mines (Iron, Ebony, Corundum, & Soul Gem Mines) with Smelter/Wood Cutter.
  • Master Bedchamber with working (healing) Shower.
  • Kitchen, Storage Area, and private Dining room.
  • Bank(s) with gold storage and normal storage.
  • Large Bathing Chamber (with Carrying/Feather Spell that lasts 1 day) with Bartender.
  • Castle Ceiling Art & Custom rugs/graphics.
  • Combat Training Areas.
  • Fully Navmeshed with Map Marker.
  • Mark/Return Spell Tome (see Bookshelves or Bookseller).
  • Firewood to Carbon Conversion in Smelter. Use Carbon to make Steel Ingots from Iron Ingots.
  • Make Diamonds from Carbon Ingots.
  • Treasury also contains various Plants with Grain Mill.
  • A General Store that sells just about everything.
  • Servants' Quarters.
  • Earn Gold by making Furniture for sale (Carpentry) or Mining (Gems/Ingots), sell it to the Store Clerk.
  • Roof Access via the Store.
  • All Crafting Utilities.
  • Vineyard is in Basement - make Mead or Wine using local ingredients.
  • Housecarl Servant + Bard + Laborers in Castle (+AI Packages).
  • Underworks Sewer System.
  • Cold Storage room below Kitchen.

When you say the children's bedroom "sleeps 12 children", does that mean you can adopt more? I thought you could only ever have two.

Dragon Eyes / Meat come from Dragon loot. Use the Summon Dragon spell (sold by the Store clerk, or found in bookshelves) to spawn Dragons and kill them / loot the required items. Place the Eyes on the Dragon Statue near the Dragonborn Shrine inside. You need 3 Eyes.

yes i tryed the custom family home mod but its only for adoping two childen thats all.

@peterwillis987 - try a different adoption mod because I followed the directions from TMPhoenix, the only other option is to "patch Skyrim" as a requirement. Custom Family Home mod should be compatible.
