Jester’s Court by Starshall

UPDATED! - I've tweaked the model again, lightening the textures as it appeared too dark and adding a couple of additional details such as the signage. (P.s. I've included the older model too so as not to affect saved games as the newer model has a different asset name)

A high-density level 1 residential growable. [4 x 4 plot size]
No custom props; decoration at your discretion.

Refer to the 'Mesh Info' screenshot for details of tris / texture weighting.

@SmileyNeil.... I may have added an apostrophe between the r and s, whereas it was previously incorrectly spelt. Sorry for any inconvenience. I can add the old model in too so you have access to both if you wish?

I'm getting a load error since your update: "Jesters Court You have Jester's Court but it does not contain Jesters Court. Name probably changed by the asset author."

Thanks Bud; yes, I like characterful buildings. Had a RAM failure, so my model building has been impacted recently.
