Legendary Spawn Increased v1.0.0

I seem to have found an issue with this mod, though 2019 since last update this might be dead.
This mod causes certain dungeon boss to not spawn, which breaks progression.

Missing bosses: Arena Champion, Warmaker's Adjutant, He-Who-Walks-Below.

2 of those have to be defeated in order to complete the Warmaker's sanctuary and the other one drops rare resources needed for the crafting or armor.

So far I did not find other affected dungeons, but there might be others.

Going to try this out in my load order below Exiled Lands Improved hopefully this will take priority over their spawn rate which is 5% and I feel that is too high for sure only 40hours into my save and alrdy ahve all named crafters pretty much
