The Contorta Multirole Corvette. Partly inspired by the Rocinante from the Expanse TV Series. This ship is designed for maximum efficiency, not for aesthetics.

While mostly laying its focus onto speed, heavy weaponry and its unique hydrogen supply system, the Contorta Multirole Corvette is capable of performing a variety of different tasks, including transportation of cargo and small vehicles, long range exploration, ferry-services to orbit and back or mere patrol dutys. Due to its combination of utility, firepower and speed, it makes an ideal Blockade Runner.
Except for ammo and repairs, the corvette only needs Ice to be operated at peak efficiency.

Features:
- Crew requirements: Pilot, optional Gunner
- Jump capable
- Atmospheric flight capable (tested on alien planet with vehicle connected to landing gear)
- Fast acceleration (< 7 seconds from 0 to 100 in zero gravity)
- Compact and light frame
- Extremely durable armor in the front
- Multiple redundant forward cameras
- Weaponry: 2 forward facing missile launchers, 4 gatling turrets, 3 missile turrets
- Needs only Ice for oxygen, hydrogen and energy production
- Long battery life, short recharge via hydrogen engine
- Projector block for repairs
- Assembler and basic refinery
- Semi automated airlock (close automatically, open manually)
- Small, sealed and well protected cockpit
- 2 downward facing connectors (connected to conveyor grid) and a merge block
- Hidden landing gear for secure landings and transportation of cargo without merge block or connector
- Energy saving storage mode with manual control over important systems (oxygen and hydrogen production, energy recharge, antennas etc)
- Secondary control station for manual turret control
- External draining oxygen vent
- Comes stocked with full hydrogen tank, ice and ammo

Warning:
- Only one retro thruster, turn ship for fast vector changes
- Ship might not be able to jump with repair projector active
- If ship is too slow check if hydrogen stockpile is off
