Similar to mod of @Enriador, but this one is ironman compatible. (But Sunni Islam incompatible, I guess.)

This mod shows the in-game portrait of Muhammad the Prophet, with a static picture.
That is, it won't be apply on any effect even if you're playing a custom 7th century scenario.
