I think these are just Zombie Extinguisher's M9K-Z BMS Sweps that haven't been updated for years.

Commander, that's not how copyright law works. Whether or something is monetized or not has little to no bearing on its violation of copyright. As long as it's transformative, it's allowed.

Actually due to fair use copyright law so long as whomever does not try to take credit for or profit from said publicly available thing they may do with it what they wish.
