TiRekS' Propane Station Mod for v41

Updated propane station in Muldraugh to not be split in half.

To fix this on a previous save will you need to delete the file map_1063_975.bin from the save directory found at

For Linux, that should be wherever their steam pz install is.
For Windows it should be in their C:\Users\<user>\Zomboid\Saves\<save type>\<save name> directory.
For sandbox saves, it will have a date. Like:
C:\Users\<user>\Zomboid\Saves\Sandbox\21-01-2022_01-44-52\map_1063_975.bin
