Simple Mod Just to make the cars on your server spawn with full fluids.

Known Issues:

Car will always spawn with full water even if radiator is not attached to the car BUT with no radiator water will drain faster(will fix as soon as I find a solution)

Easily one of the most important mods to add if you want easy/full vehicles. This is a default install for me. Thank you!

As of 11/15/2022 it is working fine on all vehicles I've tried (Vanilla, Expansion incl. helicopters, BMWs, Rzr1000, NATO Olga)
