Estus Flasks - Inventory Expansion Patch

This is a patch for the Estus Flasks mod that Soulsmile made to work with the Inventory Expansion mod that Holiday Slime made.
This mod relies on the above mods to work otherwise you just have a couple of janky icons hanging out in your game.
Make sure all three are installed, and enabled, and that this is above the Estus Flask mod in your load order.
