描述
This mod grants all civs the ability to embark their units immediately and enter Ocean tiles. Also updates Polynesia's Unique Ability for those who have the DLC installed, since this nerfs their bonus quite a bit.

All units may embark to coastal and ocean tiles from the start of the game, and no Naval Units are 'Coast-Locked'. Optics and Astronomy are updated to give embarked units +1 sight.


Polynesia's UA has been updated (for those who have the DLC and is not required) as follows:

Wayfinding: Naval Unit maintenance reduced by half. +1 Sight and +1 Movement when embarked. +20% Combat Strength bonus if within 3 tiles of a Moai.


Compatible with all DLC and/or expansion, compatible with no DLC and/or expansions!

Will work for anyone.

Simple fix. Go to Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS and you'll find an Ocean: Not Impassable file outside of its folder. Just move that file into its folder. Don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Started up the game and then mod was there.

gallant I believe in the new world sernario pack or some other they had a scurvy system so you could always add a storm system so that each turn you have 10% chance to get hit by a storm, and get damaged massive amounts of damage from 33 to 100 hp
