first, create a very short piece of audio that contains a square (or sawtooth, i forget) wave and silence after that, but make sure the audible part is longer than the silent part
then, go in some simulation software, take a cube, and hook it up to a motor
have that sound play when the cube spins, have the playback speed of that sound be in relation to the angular speed of the cube
adjust the speed of the motor up and down and record
Players, remember that you need to change it in another mod (Ambient Sounds Tuner 2.0 - old siren) for it to work.
Regards
Also make sure that you enable the mod for "Pre-War Sirens" in the content manager as well. I missed that when I first tested this too.
