Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office or RICO in short are called growable. Growable can only be built on zoning according to their type. Once the zone has enough requirement to level up, they will randomly spawn.

In term of assets, nothing will replace the dev, it only adds to the spawn pool of growable.

There are mods that allow you to bypass and plop them manually of course.

Another term is Ploppable like Park, Police Station, Unique Buildings, etc that can be plopped on your accord.

Hi, im looking at some scifi mods and i saw that yours are highly recommended. What exactly are these? Do they replace textures or are they buildings i have to manually place?
