New vehicles:
Japan: Chi-Se, Mitsu_104, type_5_ka-ri
Hungary: skoda_t_50
China: wz-111g_ft
Feature Change:
Japan don't have APCR or HEAT on high tier tanks, as compensate they got fierce San-Shiki shrapnel and incendiary shells for 127mm and 140mm gun.
All the vehicles are now available in multiplayer vehicles roster now. Still adjust the balancing.
I finished the import of the new vehicles, now I can focus on bug fix and campaign scripts.
I also want to add new units to the mod. The 3D modeler I commissioned was supposed to deliver in July, but up until now they’ve only finished one model for our team...
After I import all the new tanks I have ordered in this April, but the 3D model creator did't reply yet.
*Unique sandbags for MG pod.
*Increase MG accuracy.
*Fixed some UI for the new tanks.

Probably a placeholder give to the unit by original model author, doesn't really matter. But rename it will cause file dependency broken so I just don't touch anything.
