描述
This Contemporary Student Housing block is a RICO-enabled residential building with 7 storeys in a contemporary & modern style. The building fits a 9x2 grid and fits almost any city, including European, American or even Asian cities. The building is not pre-detailed, to allow for as much creative freedom as you want (details in screenshots are just for show).

Recommended mods:
* Painter
* Move It!
* Find It!
* Ploppable RICO

**As of 28 June 2019 Update**
- Window texture is now fixed so that curtain windows do not appear too bright from further away
- The illumination map is fixed and the building now lights up at night
- A proper LOD has been made

Yep, there are two main issues with this building - the curtain texture is too bright and the illumination map is broken. I hope to fix these two problems by next week.

I love it but the windows have such a strange night-time glow about the frames.

really nice design. however, the windows are glowing too much, look kinda weird especially when you zoom out.

@F-Zero You can use the building without RICO but in that case it would not work as a functioning residential building but as a unique building. If that's OK with you, go ahead :)

Do I have to use RICO? I have Move It! and Find It! and am not really looking into installing another large technical mod. If I need to I can try but would rather not.
