Add a text box to filter tech in the research screen (filter checks name, description, and id).
Press Shift+Enter to clear filter (or Backspace a bunch).

Has mod option to hide completed tech.

I have just noticed that it doesn't really work with a mod that allows to research extra breakthroughs - https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1486026161

All breakthroughs given by that mod are always showing, no matter what is in the filter.

Very useful mod. This should be in the base game.

There is a minor issue - it filters technologies that have not been discovered yet, so although I cannot see the technology, I know that it contains the word I am searching for.
