From the Kunio-kun series. Kunio's rival/partner in crime. Most might know him as Ryan from River City Ransom/Street gangs.
Remastered version completely changes him up in a lot of ways, but still uses plenty of punches alongside acrobatic moves, like Kunio's kicks and acrobatic moves.

Costume 1: Riki's more official clothing, based off of a bit of art from the Kunio-kun wiki.
Costume 2: Ryan from River City Ransom, except with Riki's hair and the colors being directly taken from the game.
Costume 3: 1st Boss from Renegade (Arcade).
Costume 4: Riki's classic school uniform.

CPU Logic Quirk: Will likely never pick up an opponent off of the ground, to match most River City games.
