From Double Dragon Neon.

This big ol' cretin was based on an infamous mistranslation error in Double Dragon III's two-player mode, where in the beginning of the story it says "Bimmy" over "Billy." This was later reborn in Double Dragon Neon as his own boss, and later on common enemy.

In the remastered version, Bimmy just wants hugs! He's still the same brute as always, but he's gained a bit of a "friendly" streak. The kind of streak that breaks your spine and makes you wish for death.
