Vampire Coast is a great DLC, but it suffers from some definite powercreep. This mod makes them more in line with the rest of the races in terms of global recruitment stance, now requiring 25% movement to enter.

Good balance mod, CA definitely buffs too much a DLC when they want to sell the race, same thing with greenskins and Grom, raiding camp is insanely good.

"Vampire Coast is a great DLC, but it suffers from some definite powercreep" thats a nice way to put it...they completely fucked with the lore and the game mechanics to make an interesting but completely op faction xD
