Caniff Auto Shop

描述
This auto shop is inspired by the real Caniff Auto, located in Detroit, MI.
As a Patron of mine suggested, it's perfect for the "other part of town" neighborhoods.

Stats:
Tris: 232
Textures: 1024x1024



Model info:
- 2x2 low commercial building
- murales is part of the building
- even if the model is almost 100% based on the real one in Detroit, all the othere references such as phone number or address are fictional or censored for obvious privacy reasons
- Auto-generated LOD
- Model created with Sketchup and 3DSMax.

No matter what build I decide to make, I have to always include this auto shop asset! It's just so fitting in any type of community I make because everybody needs an auto shop and there's never too many. Thanks for this great commercial asset! I make sure to show my appreciation by putting it in every city I build

Love this guy. I'm Auditing for unneeded commercial but this make the cut. Super good looking, and real, but doesn't need much space. Excellent work. I need to start making some commercial myself.

I saw this and it instantly reminded me of Detroit/metro buildings..then I read the description.

@Douglas Usually I give priority only to Patron's requests, because, as you can imagine, if I created an asset for everyone, it would be a lot of work.. So I don't know if I will be able to satisfy your request in the short term... :)
