Augustine - the city by the lake with views of two long causeway bridge roads, an extinct volacanic crater and the mountain ridges that surround it.

A flat open terrain building paradise with all available connections from air, land and sea. Inspired with an open theme, this map features abundant resources located strategically throughout the map, with farmland in the valleys and ore and oil located near the foot of the mountains along the edges of the playable area.

Apart from a few tree assets and the arched railway bridge, this map was kept as vanilla as possible. The intersections with integrated railway lines are all handmade and tested to the best of my ability.

All 81 tiles is not mandatory to play, but for those that choose it, resources and hidden sights have been placed throughout the map. The four bridge spans in the causeway roads feature fast moving water, with only one span needed to allow boat access into the main body of the lake, the other three do support hydroelectric dams with a little terrain engineering.

So give Augustine Lake a look - a builders paradise, where the sightseeing is as attractive as the surrounding scenery. Be inspired to traverse the rock lined causeway roads and bridges by car and by rail and build a metropolis by the lake.
