Not mine and I do not play Rome 2 with DEI anymore.
You can easily do it yourself though if you want to for the future. Download them from TWC, install them manually. In the Rome 2 Launcher you can then choose to upload the mod to the steam workshop.
That way you can just download it in the future over steam or put it in one of your mod collections.

At least that was the way 6 years ago

Yes that should work no problem. These submods usually only get an update with new major version from DEI. The thread linked below also always has the most up to date versions.

One last question for good old times sake. This mod is 1.3 and dei is 1.3.3 will it still work?
