This mod breaking custom commands

There are a lot of other changes, not just Crawling. Bullshit.

try using admin system with this mod because it has a crawl command (i think. (because its in the admin menu too)

It's correct that it needs sv_cheats 1, if it is inside a mod it doesn't complain for sv_cheats

for some reason when i try to make it speed 20 it says it needs sv cheats 1 :/

I can't get this addon to work
I've restarted my game, I've uninstalled and reinstalled this addon, I've tried snd_restart, I've tried both single player and local - and none of it's worked. Help

it works in singleplayer but doesnt work in local server even though i am the host
