One fit axle lowest time is 2min. However, in case of more fit axles slots, you would need more pulse generators. Here is a use case : place 3 fit axle slots as beginign of the line, then one pulse generator which controls the whole line thruttputp. Much easyer setup than compute time of three gens in your head righ? more over, its space firendly.
1. As mentioned in the description, the additional tile is required by the game, otherwise you would have no possibility to access a menu
2. It would be possible, but I don't see the use-case for this, since the schortest time the first process (fit axle) can be is 2 mins. The pulse-generator is meant to be placed at the beginning to ceep the lane un-clogged. This is why I made the options the way I did. Why/for what application do you want 10 sec base time?
1. make it one tile only, so it fits anywhere, same as smart junction.
2. make base limit 10s. then and add some more granular option, so you can set pulse for 1m35sec for example.
I have subscribed the mod. Steam says there was a download. But it's not shown in the Mod-Menue in the game...
I've checked with other mods. They show up in the folder C:\Users\~\~\Documents\my games\productionline\mods and this one don't.
What do you mean by: The mod is 'installed', but doesn't appear in the mod browser? How do you know it is installed then?
Normally, you do not have to worry about any installation at all. Just subsribe the mod in the Steam Workshop and it should instantly be downloaded to the proper location. In the game you can check the MODS tab, where the mod should be listed and green (for active). If it is not listed there, you can have a look in the games mod folder for mod_status.ini whether PulseGenerator is listed there or not. This file is a list of all deactivated (hidden?) mods. Alternatively, you can empty the whole folder. Afterwards, unsubscribe and resubscribe the mod, this way it should be downloaded / installed.
Kind regards, LS
Now I've checked in Production Line so I can see some issues:
Pulse Generator is now the only installed mod, but it doesn't appear in the mod browser and it don't show up in the mod-folder of the game.
Where should the files be installed?
Kind regards, Ralf
The Pulse Generator is not shown in the build menue. I have the marketing and a few production slots installed.
I try with just this one mod...
Kind regards
do you have any other mods installed? What exactly does not work?
On my test system it works as intended on 1.74.
Without further information, there is not much I can do to help your case. (wich I really want)
Kind regards, Lone Starr
