Bandit Camps is an ongoing project of new town mods which aims to fill the world with just a little more life. Life that wants to rob you and kill you, but life nonetheless.

Welcome to the Border Zone. With the Holy Shek War brewing and the Okranites pushed out from the Hub, the region has given rise to a large and influential faction of bandits: The Dust Bandits. With camps across the Eastern Shek Kingdom and all the way to Skinner's Roam, the Dust King's terror is known all across the lands!

This mod adds the towns of Tollbooth, Nefi's Camp, Brandish's Passage, Lookout, Beaker's Burrow, Scowl, Ruined Lodge, and Grinning Rocks.

During my own testing, all Bandit Camps are compatible with UWE+Kaizo EXCEPT for Beaker's Burrow. Beaker's Burrow is placed smack dab on a shek encampment from UWE.

If you want to play this mod with UWE you'll need to subscribe to all the bandit camps except for Beaker's Burrow.

If you noticed any deleted comments it's because I kept getting them mixed up before.

@Robin's_egg - Not sure if this is base Kenshi or something wrong with your mod but turret enemies at the bandit camps you created are extremely buggy when it comes to turret usage. They will track and target through terrain when mounted on your turrets regardless of render distance and continue to engage in combat until you save and reload. They will also on reload teleport to bugged locations within meshes where you cannot select them or attack them and continue to permanently man the turrets from the bugged positions. This has been extremely annoying and almost impossible to kill them due to this; makes the mod almost not worth using when every outpost has 4-5 of these bugged positions to deal with.

I absolutely love this mod. So much, I got rid of reactive world for better immersion. I've spent the last week picking apart the camps with a group of solid commandos who have only gotten better for doing it (I used to think they were OP for the border lands). That being said, I have noticed that a lot of dust archers are missing their spiked clubs... not sure if you noticed, and I normally wouldn't comment, but immersion seems to be what you were after. Again, great job, as it really makes the dust king relevant again (I used to wack him in the first week).
