@Elekrix: Just wanted to say thanks for digging around inside this mod.

I decompiled the source code of this mod and took a look around. It turns out that this mod allows buildings to instantly level up to their full level (Residential goes instantly to Level 5, Commercial goes to level 3, etc.). The actual title (when the mod is subscribed) is "초고층 빌딩 이제 어렵지 않아요!" which essentially means "Skyscrapers are no longer difficult to build!" when translated from Korean. The mod author does note that the mod is quite glitchy in the description as well.

I assume the author doesn't speak English or is not comfortable speaking English, which is understandable, although google translate does work wonders with the mod's text...

Who knows? I'd say it's an abandoned mod at best. No description, images or descriptive title, and probably never an update. It could also be a copy of someone else's mod, just crap or a virus. Who knows?

There are so many of these crappy mods on the workshop. If you don't want to explain your mod, don't upload it!
