TTT Position Swapper (kyokyoedit)

This an edit of https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=822087147 to be more balanced. I did this because I was trying to find good T-weapons for my TTT server and thought this had potential. However, I think you might like it too, so I decided to throw it up on the workshop. Rekkter, if you don't like this, feel free to tell me to ♥♥♥♥ off and I will.

Here's what's changed:

- The "gun" now has a limited range of 1024 units. That way, you can't suddenly decide to swap with someone across the map. Instead, you have to use your thonker donker.
- There are now audio cues added when certain things happen. Swapping with someone plays a sound for everyone nearby both parties, but otherwise only you can hear the bleeps and boops that come out of the weapon.

If you feel like you can do a better job than me, feel free to edit my version of the addon. Just make sure to credit BOTH CREATORS; don't try to pass it off as your own. If you do that, I'll break into your house and delete System 32 from your computer.
