WireAtmos-with snow detection

This is a simple entity that uses wiremod and atmos and outputs wire data that reflects the state of atmos.
Which means you need wiremod and atmos weather for this to have any purpose.

This is my version of the WireAtmos addon by N!ko, the difference being that I added the capability to detect if it is currently snowing or not.

you can spawn in wireatmos by opening the q (context) menu> go to the entities tab> editors> Wire Atmos Data

documentation:

hours- outputs the current Atmos hours (military time)
Minutes- outputs the current Atmos minutes

IsStorming? - Outputs 1 when Atmos is raining and 0 otherwise
IsSnowing? - Outputs 1 when Atmos is snowing and 0 otherwise
