Chaos Hordes+

This mod improves the Chaos and Beastmen horde system as compared to the Vampire Coast shipbuilding it is very underpowered.

Features
1. Legendary Lords and Lords that are immortal won't lose their building progress when killed.
~ Currently deprecated(Fix soon)
2. Encamp stance can be used with 0% movement range remaining (like the vampire coast).
3. You can recruit lords without using horde growth surplus (like the vampire coast).
4. You have less growth when out of encamp stance, each technology stage adds growth when encampment.
5. Added a new building chain to worship the 4 chaos gods (Khorne, Slaanesh, Nurgle and Tzeentch), with benefits depending on which Gods you worship for each of your chaos horde armies.

Does this mod even need an update? I don't think CA has done anything with WoC as far as what could stop this mod from functioning right?
