Why?
The chirpers of the Goddesses are based on their old models from the original Neptunia and MK2 on PS3. Since then, the models have been updated but not the chirpers.
What's updated?
The four Goddesses
The four Candidates.
Some other chirpers like Ms. Manual for example.

A tutorial with Ms. Manual.

How to install?
You need Neptools[pastebin.com].
After installing Neptools, you just have to drag and drop my content.

For people using Playstation Re;Birth1, you have to rename a file.
You have to go in Neptools/data/game/picture/help, rename 0033.tid to 0033xbox.tid (for example) or even delete it and rename 0033ps3.tid to 0033.tid.
