Landing Pad 49x49

A standalone landing pad with a 49x49 surface and blinky lights, suitable for somewhat large (Size class 3 and under) CVs. Some CVs slightly over size 3 will fit if they're on the square side or if you land them diagonally. It only has a core and 2 solar capacitors, and for cheapness is made entirely of carbon composite textured to look like metal.

The power is only needed for the lights and the solar panels should be enough to keep the lights on.

I gave it some seemingly unnecessary height but this is to help deal with uneven terrain better. Hit PgDn to sink it into the ground some until it looks right. Ideally the bottom two layers should be completely buried.
