Landing Pad 17x17

This is just a standalone landing pad with a 17x17 surface and blinky lights, suitable for very large SV's and some very compact CV's (mostly square ones size class 1 or under). Some CVs slightly over size 1 will barely fit if they're on the square side. It only has a core and a solar capacitor, and for cheapness is made entirely of carbon composite textured to look like metal.

The power is only needed for the lights and the solar panels should be enough to keep the lights on.

I gave it some seemingly unnecessary height but this is to help deal with uneven terrain better. Hit PgDn to sink it into the ground some until it looks right. Ideally the bottom two layers should be completely buried.
