Landing Pad 9x9

This is just a standalone landing pad with a 9x9 surface and blinky lights, suitable for smaller SV's. It only has a core and a solar capacitor, and for cheapness is made entirely of carbon composite textured to look like metal.

I did not put solar panels on it because I couldn't assume any good place to put them so if you want the lights to work, add at least maybe two large solar panels (the lights consume a decent bit of power). To do this, select the solar panels, point at the pad, hit N, and enable the "Connect to..." option. Then place the solar panels off to the side somewhere disconnected from the pad.

Of course the lights aren't absolutely necessary, they just look cool, so it can also just be used with no power.

I gave it some seemingly unnecessary height but this is to help deal with uneven terrain better. Hit PgDn to sink it into the ground some until it looks right. Ideally the bottom two layers should be completely buried.
