[WOTC] Reaper Temnotic Rifle Sound Swap

Ehi there.

This mods simply swaps the Reaper's Temnotic Rifle (Magnetic tier) firing sound with the default Magnetic Sniper Rifle's one.

Made it for myself, published so that others may stop having their ears raped by the screeching of that weapon.

Because reasons.
