UPDATE 2/1/19: Added the PlotIterators lua file which was necessary for Vermont's lua functions to work, but had mistakenly not been included.

This mod adds the Vermont Republic, under Revolutionary War icon and Green Mountain Boys leader Ethan Allen, to the game!

These Green Mountains: Forest tiles in or near your territory may spawn Maple, a unique bonus resource which yields Culture and may be improved with a Lumber Mill. Cutting down a Forest tile with Maple provides extra Production to the nearest city, but removes the Maple.

Green Mountain Boy: Vermont's unique Musketman replacement, the Green Mountain Boy receives a 25% Combat bonus vs Fortified units, and will temporarily claim any Fort, Citadel, or unowned tile it enters for Vermont.

Tap House: A unique Windmill for Vermont, the Tap House grants the same Production bonuses as the building it replaces. However, it also grants 1 copy of the unique Syrup luxury resource for each 2 Maple resources that are improved near this city, and each source of Wine or Wheat worked by this city yields an additional +1 Production and +1 Culture.

Is there something about this mod that makes Civs at war with it enter massive unhappiness after being at war with it for a while? This keeps on happening, and I can't figure it out!

Great civ and love the design! One issue I found: the Green Mountain Boy loses any neutral tiles claimed immediately when turn ends including the one he's standing on. Effectively this means AI can claim those tiles right after. Would be better if tiles get lost at start of new turn and that the tile the Green Mountain Boy currently is standing on remains claimed.

I like the Green Mountain Boys flag, it just doesn't translate well into a civ icon or unit flag.

VT Republic had its own flag. Was ugly though so understand why you wouldn't use it.
