@Overlord: no, the DLC parlife is not required, this asset is a standart park

Hopefully one day someone will add a Martial Arts school/ After school Karate, there are a lot of them in the store plazas in my area and I'm surprised no one has made one yet to my knowledge!
Or a YMCA for that matter, but there is at least a Gymnastics in the Publix store set.

Either way, I can't wait to see what comes, next mate!
