Please note: I take no credit for this addon. 100% of the credit goes to 'trevmeister11' and 'Simbitueslag.' If they ask me to take this down, I will do so.
Ever wanted to play a map with zombie spawners without the headcrab hasle? Then this is for you!
But it doesn't just make the headcrabs invisible, it competly removes them. So if you need headcrabs for something, go ahead and disable this.

Hello! Trevmeister11 here with my NEWEST script, the Headcrab Remover! Tired of Headcrabs? Download this and bid farewell to Headcrabs!

Some of the credit goes to the user "Simbitueslag" for uploading the invisible skin. I made the lua code for no Headcrab NPC's.

Some features are:
-No more Headcrab NPC's
-Invisible Headcrab Skins so that you do not see them on live zombies

INSTALLATION:
Drop the LUA and MATERIALS folder in to Garrysmod/Garrysmod directory

I was able to rig this to work with everything but the arbiet glowing zombies in entropy zero 2. would you by any chance know how to rig the lua to make those headcrabs invisible?

Could you make them spawn without the bodygroup on so I don't have floating wound decals?
