Rain particles for Sfm.
Made as an alternative for photo-shopping rain onto exports.
Examples

Making Models Appear Shiny Or Wet:
In order to add a "wet" or reflective surface to a model, add a material override to the model, find the main material, use 'add attribute' and add a float. Name the float '$phongboost' and use the number to change the intensity.

Note: The original (V1) particle is an enlarged version of the rain from the Stormy Nights unusual. The idea was the co-authors, he gave me permission to upload it for workshop since the old thread he had it on was 404ed. I made the tweaks and published it to the workshop and will develop updates from now on.

-Fixed Heaviest rain not rendering properly
-Added a Lighest version for V3

The particles use a material from Half Life 2, if you're having issues with the particle not loading I would verify you have the spark.vmt from the files. I'm currently trying to find a similar material in TF2s folder
