Milk Farm near Pittsburgh says "This factory won't resume production until the city of has more than 20k inhabitants."

There is no city listing in it like the other inactive farms and such, which do have a city in them. Will this ever come into operation, or is it a dead farm?

Hmm, the base map in the game is USA. It would be really really good if you could expand your description just a tad so we know what the heck this even is.

Hey guys
it is a map with modified towns. more informations in the description.
try to keep it uptodate (area settings like germany dlc or adding some new towns)
