A series to improve the graphics of HOI4

There is another mod that also change the watercolor, altough it completely removes the reflections, the way it's done doesn't boost the performance mind you.
This mod alters the watercolor and still maintains the reflection in a subtle way.

The Goal:
- Improve the visuals of Hoi4, in this case the water.

What this mod offers:
- No performance loss.
- New water color while still preserving the reflection to make sure the water is looking at it's best.
- Better looking rivers.
- Update compatible - Compatible with every version.
