2.Extract the Pleasantville......vpp_pc file to a folder somwehre you want on your harddrive then unzip the upskirt.zip file and copy the content into your games root folder (Where the saintsrow4.exe is stored in).Run the stream2update.exe from Minimauls tool pack and if its ready start the game.

This mod replaces the clubber04 girl with the 50s waitress girl so you can select her as a gang member.
If you want only the waitress in Pleasantville changed just don't copy the gang_female_ella.str2.pc and
gang_female_ella_high.str2_pc.
