Remember that 10 hour video of Gandalf nodding to the Epic Sax Guy song? This mod allows you to experience the magic in Insurgency for the first time.

This mod changes the textures of all computer monitors and TVs into an animated loop of Gandalf nodding his head. Yes thats right, animated. Had to learn a few new lines of code for this one (which I shamelessly copypasted from somewhere else)

In addition, screens also have a custom lightmap similar to night sight mods which makes the screens visible even in complete darkness, like how a real screen should behave.
