All stuff I use to make cities look more real. Too many cities in the game are too clean, too perfect. Real cities are dirty, with grass growing through pavement, trash in corners, gum on the streets...

You'll need Find It and Prop & Tree Anarchy, obviously. But if you're making realistic streets, you already know that. ;)

And no, you can't use Subscribe All, because I'm tired of people with 8GB RAM crying their game crashes. Pick what you need, not 'everything'.
