描述
Fixes the purge bug so that pops are removed at the correct rate according to their purge type.

@Annomatic While it DOES work in 2.2.5, it also seems to revert some fixes made to the crisis (or at the very least, the Contingency, I have not tested it with the other 2) that let them purge pops again. It is possible this is being caused by a mod conflict, but my game is very mod light right now. The only thing I can even think of that would go anywhere near purging is Glavius, and that doesn't fix purging, so I don't know.

@Peter34 I started over 200 years into a game and it works fine for me. I also found the answer to my own question. It fixes displacement counting as genocide.

Will this mod function if I enable it for an on-going game? I’m about 22-25 years in.

With the fact that they never implemented any change to them between 2.2.4 and 2.2.5, this file should still work.
