Congratulations of your purchase of a Pulsar Space Industries S/F-02 "Defender"-class Space Superiority Fighter. First introduced in 2078, and produced exculusivly for the United Nations Stellar Navy until 2084, the Defender quickly became the mainstay of the UNN Spacefighter Corps. Desinged with cutting edge technology, the Defender is designed to get into any fight-and win. Larger than its cousin, the S/F-01 "Striker", the Defender features more firepower and better acceleration, at the cost of maneuverability and compactness.

The Defender comes equiped with the latest in experimental energy shield technology, reducing dependence on heavy armor. It has two rotary front-facing gatling cannons, one 40mm plasma cannon, and two rocket launchers. Perhaps the Defender's most notable armament is its rear-facing small gatling cannon, which is extremely useful in getting enemy fighters off your six or shooting down incoming missiles. The Defender also features a bottom mounted docking connector, one large battery pack, retractable cockpit access ladders, and an assortment of small fusion reactors.

As the Defender is primarily used by the United Nations Navy, this model is painted in UNN livery. Liveries for the Free Mars State, Asteroid Belt Consortium, and Republic of Proxima coming soon.
