G10MM-3R

Descripción
Automate gathering resources!



G10MM-3R is a drone version of Glommer. Design inspired by Drones from Slime Rancher.
It can:
- Pick up various inventory items (uncooked food and resources),
- Pick resources like Grass, Saplings, Berries, etc.

It will store all its items inside a modified Glommer Statue (dubbed "G10MM-3R Base").
It doesn't need any fuel - it will work until broken.

You can find its blueprint by mining the Glommer's Statue. In case you missed it, there's also 20% chance of it dropping from Dragonfly/Bee Queen. Also, 1% chance of getting it from hammered Broken Clockwork piles.

A LITTLE FIX FOR MISSING SKINS:
In order to be able to build him with a skin,you need the mod "Hybrid Crafting UI" and switch to the old menu,find the Gloomer robot on the science tab and you will see the skin avaliable:trolol:

PLEASE UPDATE THE MOD! (I love this mod because it's basically a better/cheaper Wobot but with the newer versions of the game it causes crashes quite often and is the sole reason for a number of them in my worlds.)

Just don't set up the Glommer bot by the moonstone. Its range isn't that large. Or if you're talking about the terrarium, just don't place it within the range.

only issue with this mod is that the bot will pick up the sunstaff during the event if you have interact with structures enabled

Here's one bug that's probably always existed: if you put two g10mm3rs very close to each other, often times one g10mm3r bot will vanish while his stand and the sprite showing him mounted on it will remain, but no g10mm3r bot ever comes out to collect anything, and it can only be remedied by deconstructing/hammering that g10mm3r and re-crafting and re-placing him. Spacing them out at least half a tile in distance from each other seems to resolve this. I suspect it's because when one g10mm3r goes to his stand, the mod deletes all g10mm3r bot entities in a small area around the stand, then sets the stand to have 1/1 creatures inside. If 2 g10mm3rs are right near each other, it can delete both but only restore creature occupation for a single stand.

These little guys are excellent for all kinds of farms. Grass Gecko, Koalefant manure, Stonefruit, spider-vs-bunnyman, he even knows how to harvest honey out of bee boxes when they are at their max stage, and it won't alert the bees unlike when you do it!
He has some utility with other mods too, for example in Uncompromising Mode, he will collect snow piles and bring the snowball to his chest, functioning as a snow-shoveling butler.
Just remember that to force them to only collect one type of item, and not bird seeds or anything else, you just need to fill all 9 chest slots with the same item so he won't even bother trying unless it can fit in his chest.
