After the destruction of the Black Mesa facility and the combine occupation of earth, the Resistance needed something to give them an advantage fighting the Combine. The Combine could never, under any circumstances, find out about this project and so, not even Freeman himself knew about it. Being finished just shortly after Eli's death, this model allowed the Resistance to supercharge gravity guns, essentially giving them access to unlimited super weapons. Along with that, it was able to create portals to other dimensions like Xen, allowing the Resistance to gather exotic resources at any time. It was, however, built entirely from scrap, and so it was very unstable.
Instructions:
Press the "Release Barrels" button
Use the "Main Power" button
Activate the "Stage One Emitters" button
Turn on the "Stage Two Emitters" button
If necessary, activate the "Stage Three Emitters" button. (This is highly unstable)
